Phil Vassar is coming to The Funky Biscuit in Boca Raton this Thursday night for a special intimate show, and it has been announced that SFCM Artist Maggie Baugh will now be the opening act!  She replaces David Ray, another former local artist from South Florida who is currently getting national radio airplay with his debut single.  No word on why he is no longer on the bill.
