Our last interview of the 2017 CMA Fest was with new artist Julia Capogrossi on a whirlwind of a day. With busy schedules on both her part and ours, we met outside the venue where she had just performed at and stepped into the doorway of a business on 2nd Ave in the middle of the craziness of CMA Fest in downtown Nashville. It was a fun and interesting interview, and you may even hear a couple of drunk and/or homeless guys trying to talk to us. Thankfully her PR team helped keep them away so that we could finish the interview!

Craig Wayne Boyd should be at the top of any aspiring artist’s list of inspirations. After spending 10 years working towards chasing his dream, he finally caught his big break by appearing on and winning The Voice, only to continue to have more speed bumps placed in his way. He continued to persevere, and finally has put together a team he believes will help him take the next step. With new music on the way, we look forward to hearing it later this year! As we mapped out our schedule of interviews for the 2017 CMA Fest, we shared our list of possible interview subjects with some friends in the music business to see who they thought we should interview, and Kasey Tyndall was a name that was mentioned on more than one occasion that we had to talk to. Unfortunately there was a scheduling issue so we had to rush through this interview, but she’s off to a great start in launching her career with a great team around her.
