Blake Shelton Attends Ray Price Show

Over the past week there’s been a stir about Blake Shelton’s controversial comments regarding the state of Country Music.   Ray Price responded by inviting Blake to attend, or even be part of,  his show.   While there are lots of stories stating that there was still “bad feelings” between the two, Last night, Blake Shelton & wife Miranda Lambert attended Ray Price’s show at Choctaw Casino resort in Durant, OK.

As fans of both classic and current country music, we are very happy to see things have been patched up.

Luke Bryan Announces “Spring Break” Album

 NASHVILLE, TN – (January 29, 2013) – Capitol Records Nashville recording artist and 2013 Academy of Country Music Awards show co-host Luke Bryan will release his next spring break themed album on March 5, 2013, SPRING BREAK…HERE TO PARTY. This CD will be available in record stores, and digitally, and will contain many of the songs released on his previous EP’s. In addition, Luke has written two original songs for the album.

In promotion for the soon to be released record, Luke will take a short break from his headline tour, “Dirt Road Diaries Tour,” to once again play concerts at Spinnaker’s Beach Club in Panama City, set for March 12 and 13, where over 40,000 fans flocked to the beach each day last year to see Luke perform. Spring breaking fans can also enjoy a “Dirt Road Diaries Tour” show the following day on March 14 at the Amphitheatre at the Wharf in Orange Beach, Alabama.

While most fans haven’t seen Ronnie Dunn perform since the duo Brooks & Dunn split a couple of years ago, we knew what was in store for the crowd at Chili Cookoff! Dunn got the fans going with a mix of music from his solo album as well as some of Brooks &Dunn’s biggest hits.  When he broke into the chorus from “Nothin’ ‘Bout You” the crowd went crazy!

Luke Bryan took the stage at 99.9 KISS Country’s 2013 Chili Cookoff to a sold out crowd!  Even though Luke apologized, stating he didn’t feel his voice was “at it’s best,” the fans didn’t seem to think the singer was anything less than great!
