CMT is joining forces with Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall, and Larry the Cable Guy for the first-ever animated series to air on CMT. The show will be titled Bounty Hunters, with Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall, and Larry the Cable Guy pulling double-duty. They will all star as the voices of the main characters as well as serving as executive producers. The show will start off with a 13 episode season, and will also feature the voice of Lisa Lampanelli.
The Press Release announcing this new endeavor states, “The animated comedy stars the voices of Foxworthy, Engvall and Larry the Cable Guy as they track down fugitives for their own two-bit bounty hunting business in each half-hour episode. The team will do their best to chase down fugitives, while pleasing the tough-as-nails bondwoman who throws them cases, voiced by Lampanelli. Without fail, the Chief of Police, who wants to shut down their operation and a long list of personal faults, always seem to interfere.”
