It was announced today that JD from the WIRK Morning show will be retiring from radio later this month, with his final day on the air being December 23rd.  He has spent 16 years of his career at WIRK, leading the morning show from 1996 to 2009 before returning in 2012.  At this time there are no plans to replace him, with current co-hosts Tiny and Chelsea continuing on without him.  JD will focus on building his voice-over talent business, which you can learn more about here.

Please join us in thanking JD for his service to our community and wishing him luck in his future endeavors!
